Ethical and responsible practices are at the core of the Bl^nk philosophy.
From the very beginning Bl^nk has been dedicated to designing beautiful womenswear collections that put ethical trading, sustainable sourcing at the heart of its process.
Our supply chain is therefore accredited by the internationally recognised, regulatory organisation SEDEX.
Bl^nk is based in the creative hub of East London where our showroom ran by a dynamic team.
When Bl^nk was still in its early stages of conception, head designer and co-founder Diana Irani simultaneously launched a makers studio based in Gurgaon, India. This gave her the direct oversight needed over both the design process and the supply chain to ensure an authentic provenance.
This unique position means we can ensure every person throughout the business gets a fair deal.
We directly oversee the large team, working conditions, material selection and production processes guaranteeing we are not just legally compliant but are also fair, responsible and sustainable.
As per the independent SEDEX compliance requirements, all our staff are guaranteed a fair living wage, a social security fund, a pension fund, paid holiday leave, sick pay, medical insurance and overtime pay.
At Bl^nk, we aim to create unique garments you will love for a lifetime.
We are committed to proactively looking at ways to reduce our environmental impacts and positively contribute to the world around us. Wherever possible we source our fabrics and fittings locally, prioritising natural and recycled products over synthetic and non-biodegradable materials. We champion the cultural identity and skills of our makers, using traditional hands kills wherever possible.
