PLEASE NOTE THAT WE'RE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OF FULL-PRICE ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PARCEL
(7 DAYS IF PURCHASED ON SALE). 

 

To initiate a return please follow below steps:

 

How do I return my order?

  1. To return your order please click on the attached link https://bl-nk.co.uk/pages/return. On this page you need to fill the form with all the requested details.
  2. Once you click on “Send”, your request will go through to our Customer Support team, who will then get back to you via email.
  3. After authorization, please proceed to send back the item(s) to the address advised.

 

PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO SEND BACK THE ITEM(S) AT YOUR OWN COST IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN RETURN PERIOD.

What is your return policy?

  1. We’re happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition with all original tags attached within 14 days of the product being delivered to you.
  2. Please note Sale items have a 7 day return window. Your returns period begins on receipt of package. All products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached in the Product.

 

Do you offer free returns?

No, you have to send back the order at your own cost if you wish to return.

 

When you will receive the refund?

You will be refunded within 48 hours maximum after your return has been received and accepted. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the order: you will be re-credited for the amount of the returned items. Delivery charges you may have paid will not be refunded.

 

Do you refund the delivery charges?

Unfortunately, order return delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

Can I return or exchange something I purchased at a sale?

Yes you can return or exchange (only if size is available) within 7 days of receipt of the parcel.

 

What if my item is faulty?

We’re sorry about this! Please notify us by email to eshop@bl-nk.co.uk with details and photographs of the product fault to return within 14 days of receipt and 7 days for items purchased in a sale. Please carefully check your items when they arrive to ensure you are completely satisfied.

 

What if I've already sent something back that does not have tags, is worn or is past the returns window?

We're not able to issue refunds or exchanges for items that have clear signs of wear, have been returned outside the returns window or are without their original tags. We will notify you if this is the case and ask that you arrange delivery of your order back to your address at your own cost.

 

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Most orders arrive within 5-13 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification will be sent, once your order is shipped.

 

What happens to my refund if I return or exchange between 29 and 45 days?

Regrettably, we’re not able to issue refund if returned outside the return window.

 

I still haven’t got my refund?

You will be refunded within 48 hours after the receipt of your return to us. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of order: you will be refunded for the amount initially paid for the product returned. Delivery charges paid will not be refunded.

 

How do I track my order?

You will be notified via email with the tracking number once your product(s) has been shipped. If you have purchased multiple items that are likely to be shipped at different intervals in time, then you will be notified when each product has been shipped.

 

How does COVID-19 affect my online orders? Should I expect delivery delay due to covid-19?

Yes, delivery can be affected. The expected delivery duration will be 12 to 20 working/business days from the date of making an order which will be subject to the COVID 19 guidelines and restrictions issued by Central Government or any of the State Government or any local authorities.

 

Do you split shipments?

Sometimes, we ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster, despite the customer having made one single consolidated payment against one order ID, one of the shipments may arrive in advance of another. 

 

Order Delayed - Should I wait or cancel my order?

We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery time. However sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. We will keep you updated in case there is a delay in the delivery of your product.  

  

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and cm.

 

Do you offer discounts when ordering in bulk?

Yes you can order in bulk. While ordering from the website you need to click on the ‘wholesale’ button given on the homepage bottom left hand corner of the screen. However for wholesale purchases you need to be a store owner to order from our website.

Is my information secure, how do you protect my privacy?

Your information is secure! We never store credit card information in our computers so even if someone could get into our computers they would find nothing! We do not share ANY personal information that we receive on our website, your email address, mailing address and all other information is kept private!

 

What if I want to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the same. In case you exceed the order cancellation time period the order then cannot be cancelled.

Further once the cancellation process has been completed (within 24 hours of ordering) you will receive a full refund credited to your account. To arrange for a cancellation, please email us at eshop@bl-nk.co.uk.
